Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan Pada PT Indompo Multi Makmur

Abstrak

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee loyalty at PT Indomop Multi Makmur South Tangerang. The types of data used in this research are qualitative and quantitative, while the data sources used are primary data and secondary data with a total of 52 respondents. The analytical methods used are descriptive analysis and statistical analysis through multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, T test and F test. The results of the research show that work motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, both partially and simultaneously at PT Indomop Multi Makmur South Tangerang
