Bertujuan menerbitkan artikel yang&nbsp; berkaitan&nbsp; dengan&nbsp; masalah ekonomi, bisnis, kewirausahaan dan Ekonomi Islam (Mu'amalah). The population in this study were all employees of PT PLN (Persero) South Sulawesi Region. Sampling was done using a purposive sampling method totaling 100 people. This study found that there is a positive and significant influence of leadership and compensation on employee job satisfaction. The largest correlation occurs between compensation of 0.853 on job satisfaction, and the correlation of leadership on job satisfaction of 0.510. Partially, leadership has a t-value of 3.876, and compensation has a t-value of 10.339, both t-values ​​are greater than t-table, this means that leadership and compensation partially have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. The findings show that effective leadership creates a positive work environment, motivates teams, and increases productivity. Meanwhile, fair and competitive compensation is a major factor in attracting and retaining talent, contributing to ultimate job satisfaction.
