AUTHOR GUIDELINES

Khazanah Journal: Economics, Muamalah & Entrepreneurship (  ISSN Online:   3047-3047  )   Is one of the scientific journals published by LPPM STIE Tri Dharma Nusantara, first published in 2023,   an economics journal that conducts open access peer-reviewed  Open Access Journal (OJS) which provides journal articles that can be downloaded for free. Aims to publish articles related to economics, business, entrepreneurship and Islamic Economics (Mu'amalah). This journal also contains articles that are published periodically every   April, August and December   intended for national and international scientists, researchers, regulators, and the general public. 

General Requirements

  1. Article length between 3000-4000 words (including bibliography, notes, and tables)
  2. Attach a statement that the article has never been published before, anywhere and in any form.
  3. Each article will be tested for plagiarism.
  4. Articles should be typed in  Microsoft Office Word format,  using Times New Roman font, size 12, and 1.15 spacing on A4 paper. The introduction and conclusion should occupy a single column. The paper format is 3-3-2-2 (left-top-right-bottom).
  5. Articles are written in one column
  6. Every author of an article to be published is required to contribute to the publication costs.

Terms and conditions for writing articles

Title:  Maximum 15 words for Indonesian language articles and 10 words for English language articles.

English. The title is typed in  Times New Roman  , bold, 14pt.

Author's name:   The name of the author or authors is typed below the title in  Times New Roman  12 font, bold, without titles and may not be abbreviated. Below the name is written: Author's affiliation: Study program/department, name of institution and name of country. Also written below is their respective email address in 11pt font size.

Abstract:  No more than 300 words, written in English and Indonesian, in one paragraph containing: research objectives, research methods, analysis techniques and research results. Typed in  Times New Roman font  , single-spaced. Below the abstract there are keywords of up to 5 words, separated by commas, typed double-spaced below the abstract.

Introduction  : The introductory title is typed in capital letters,  Times New Roman  12 bold font. Contains the background, research objectives, problems to be studied, urgency and rationale for the activity, literature review, problem-solving plan and hypothesis development [  Times New Roman font  , 12, normal].

Theoretical Review:  Contains theories relevant to the research variables, as well as logistical explanations regarding the research phenomena which can be supplemented with a conceptual framework.

Research Methods  : Research methods explain: approach, scope or object, definition of operational variables/description of research focus, location, population and sample/informants, main materials and instruments, data collection techniques, and data analysis techniques.

This section explains the methods/approaches used, such as qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods research. It then explains the research steps taken to obtain the data, such as using questionnaires, interviews, observations, or all three, etc., so that the methodology is clearly outlined at this point.

Next, explain the population and the research conducted in detail. If necessary, include a population and sample table or explain in detail so that it is clear who the population is, how many samples there are, and how the samples and respondents/informants were determined. If subtopics are needed, the subtopic titles are written in Times New Roman font, size 12, bold.

Results and Discussion  : The research results are presented in full and in accordance with the scope of the research. The research results can be supplemented with tables, graphs (pictures), and/or charts. Tables and figures are numbered and titled according to the provisions for writing tables, figures, charts and formulas. The results of the data analysis are interpreted correctly. The written section presents the findings logistically, presented with relevant reference sources. [  Times New Roman  , 12, regular].

Rules for writing tables, figures and charts  : 

  • The table title is numbered sequentially with Arabic numerals placed on the left margin, with one space between the title and the table and the font size of the table title is 12pt.
  • Tables do not use vertical borders, single spacing and a font size of 10pt.
  • The image title, with a font size of 12pt, is numbered sequentially with Arabic numerals, placed at the top left of the image. The image source is located at the bottom left with a single space and a font size of 12pt.
  • If the table or image presented is taken or quoted from a specific source, then the source is written below the table or image with a distance of 1 (one)
  • Whenever possible, tables should be presented on  the same page  . If a table is longer than one page and must be broken up, it can be continued on the next page but with further information and a table title and column headings (table headers).
  • Writing data with decimal numbers uses a comma (,)

 

Rules for writing symbols and formulas:  In general, symbols should be written using the letter "  Symbol  " or using the symbol insertion facility in typing software (  word processors  ). The units and abbreviations used follow the rules commonly used in scientific disciplines.

To write an equation, use the " Equation " insertion feature   in typing software (  word processor  ). An example of writing the formula is as follows:

Y = a + bx 1 + bx 2 + e

Conclusion:  The conclusion contains a brief summary of the research results and discussion. The conclusion is the research findings in the form of answers to the research questions or research objectives. The research results provide suggestions/contributions to the application and/or development of science. The conclusion is written in paragraph form, not bullet points. Bibliography:  Contains referenced sources, at least 80% of which must be published within the last 5 years. The reference list should consist of at least 15 references, prioritizing references from journals. It is recommended to use the  Mendeley application in the American Psychological Association (APA) 7th  edition  style  for   the reference list  . All sources listed in the bibliography must be included in the manuscript.
