Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim Makassar

Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership and communication on employee performance at PT. Pelindo Jasa Maritim Makassar. The data sources used in this study were qualitative and quantitative. The data sources used in this study were primary and secondary. The analytical methods used were descriptive analysis and statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient (R), coefficient of determination (R²), t-test, and f-test. The results showed that leadership and communication, both partially and simultaneously, had a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Pelindo Jasa Maritim Makassar.
