Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja
Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of leadership and compensation on employee satisfaction at PT PLN (Persero) South Sulawesi Region. The population in this study were all employees of PT PLN (Persero) South Sulawesi Region. Sampling was done using a purposive sampling method totaling 100 people. This study found that there is a positive and significant influence of leadership and compensation on employee job satisfaction. The largest correlation occurs between compensation of 0.853 on job satisfaction, and the correlation of leadership on job satisfaction of 0.510. Partially, leadership has a t-value of 3.876, and compensation has a t-value of 10.339, both t-values are greater than t-table, this means that leadership and compensation partially have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. The findings show that effective leadership creates a positive work environment, motivates teams, and increases productivity. Meanwhile, fair and competitive compensation is a major factor in attracting and retaining talent, contributing to ultimate job satisfaction. Both are interrelated and critical to organizational success, especially in increasing employee job satisfaction.
