This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were 390 people who made purchases at Lucha Coffe Medan Johor which were taken from data in April 2024. In this study, the sample was taken using the Slovin formula, and using random sampling techniques. So, the total number of respondents in this study was rounded up to 80 consumers who made purchases at Lucha Coffee Medan Johor. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert Scale data measurement scale. The data analysis technique uses validity, reliability and classical assumption tests. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that partially lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Lucha Coffee Medan Johor. The research was conducted at the Office of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services (Case Study in Maybrat Regency, Southwest Papua Province). The population of this study is all individuals (individuals) whose characteristics are involved in the sense of participating and interacting directly with other participants in the licensing service work process in the one-stop integrated service team using the census method. Data collection techniques through census techniques (N = 30), with interview methods guided by Likert interval scale structured questionnaire instruments, as well as observation support and document review using SPSS Ver.-23 software program. The analysis results show that the team's current relational coordination performance index is good (weighted mean score 3.66, IKR = 73.2). Relational coordination performance is highly correlated with team elements (r = 855 Sig. 0.001). Team element variables together can explain relational coordination performance by 77 per cent. Two team elements, viz: longevity and mutual trust have significant contributions respectively with t-count = 5.89 at Sig level 0.001 and t-count = 2.585 at Sig level. 0,02. While the other two team elements: clarity of team boundaries and reward or recognition have a positive correlation, but do not have a significant contribution to relational coordination performance.</p> <p>The implications of this research suggest that in order to improve relational coordination performance, it is necessary to periodically carry out team performance evaluations which are followed up by holding socialisation or training for team members at the same time, financial and non-financial rewards are given to team members according to their respective performance. The research sample consisted of 125 employees in 15 sub-districts who were selected using the purposive sampling technique. Quantitative data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Smart PLS, while qualitative data was obtained through in-depth interviews with key informants and analyzed thematically using NVivo.The results show that service management has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with indicators of clarity of procedures and training as the main contributors. The work environment also has a significant and more dominant influence, highlighting the importance of physical facilities, harmonious working relationships, and managerial support in improving employee performance. These two variables have been proven to contribute synergistically to increasing work effectiveness in the public sector. This research makes an academic contribution by supporting literature on the importance of service management and the work environment in improving employee performance. In facing the challenges of the digital era, digital literacy and capacity building are important factors that determine the sustainability and competitiveness of MSMEs. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey of 125 MSME actors selected by proportional stratified random sampling. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method to test the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The results of the study show that digital literacy has a positive and significant influence on the success of MSMEs. Digital literacy helps MSMEs improve operational efficiency, expand markets, and create innovations in business processes. In addition, capacity building shows a more dominant influence on the success of MSMEs. Capacity building includes improving managerial skills, resource management, and product innovation, which strengthens the internal capabilities of MSMEs to cope with changes in the business environment. The findings of this study confirm that digital literacy and capacity building complement each other in supporting the success of MSMEs. Digital literacy allows access to technology and market opportunities, while capacity building ensures the internal ability of MSMEs to manage and utilize technology effectively. The sampling technique in this study was the snowball sampling technique so that 6 informants were obtained. The method used in this study was a qualitative method with case study data types. Data analysis used the help of the Nvivo application. The results of this study indicate that the concept of HR agility can be observed in various aspects of individual work attitudes and behaviors. First, there is a positive impact on work-life balance if someone is agile at work. Work-life balance which is described as a balance of work that can be completed well but still maintains balance with personal life is achieved in the organization because HR is able to adapt to change and focus on their tasks. Second, work stress has a negative impact on HR agility. The research method uses qualitative analysis. This research design was carried out by collecting primary and secondary data, data collection methods collected through various data sources in Pangkajene and Kepuluan Districts and in-depth interviews with several informants from the local community and stakeholders. Based on research results, Pangkajene and Islands Regency has significant green economic potential including marine tourism (ecotourism, beach and island tourism), sustainable fisheries (fish, shrimp, lobster), and organic farming (vegetables, fruit, medicinal plants) . Green economic development can improve community welfare and preserve the environment, such as increasing community income, creating employment opportunities, developing local industry, increasing contribution to district GDP, and reducing dependence on traditional sectors.
