<p>Indonesia's media and entertainment industry has experienced significant <br />growth; however, PT. MNC Sky Vision Tbk faced challenges due to declining <br />subscribers from 2019 to 2023. This led to a decrease in revenue and an increase in <br />net losses. This study evaluates the company's financial performance using financial <br />ratio analysis, horizontal and vertical analysis, and cash flow analysis based on <br />financial statements and annual reports. The findings indicate a downward trend in <br />financial performance, driven by declining sales without a proportional reduction in <br />the cost of revenue, with fixed asset depreciation being the largest expense. Most <br />financial ratios show deterioration and reduced cash inflows from operating activities <br />have heightened the company’s liquidity risk. <p>This research aims to determine the role of clinic atmosphere, price perceptions and <br />service quality in increasing Meutia Beauty Center customer loyalty. In this study, 100 <br />respondents were used as samples. The data analysis methods used include multiple linear <br />regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R2). The research <br />results show that the clinic atmosphere variable has a significant effect in increasing Meutia <br />Beauty Center customer loyalty, the price perception variable has a significant effect in <br />increasing Meutia Beauty Center customer loyalty, and the service quality variable has a <br />significant effect in increasing Meutia Beauty Center customer loyalty. The F test revealed that <br />simultaneously the clinic atmosphere, price perception and service quality had a significant <br />effect in increasing Meutia Beauty Center customer loyalty, apart from that the coefficient of <br />determination (Adjusted R2) obtained was 0.591 or 59.1% of customer loyalty could be <br />explained by these factors, while the remaining 40.9% was influenced by other variables not <br />examined in this research.</p>Wirda Tul JannahTengku Putri Lindung BulanRahmi Meutia

<p>This study conducts a literature review to examine strategies for human resource development (HRD) within the Regional Market Company (PD Pasar) of Medan City, drawing upon theoretical frameworks and previous research findings. In the context of managing traditional markets, HRD is a critical component in enhancing service efficiency, employee professionalism, and organizational competitiveness. The review identifies several strategic approaches, including continuous training, technology-driven competency development, performance management, and the cultivation of a collaborative work culture. The analysis highlights that effective HRD requires strong internal policy support, visionary leadership, and adequate resource allocation. <p style="font-weight: 400;">This study aims to analyze the influence of digital development on public welfare<br />in Indonesia, as measured by the Human Development Index (HDI). The digital world is<br />represented by three main variables: internet access, internet infrastructure, and internet users.<br />The method used in this study is panel data analysis with the Common Effect Model (CEM), Fixed<br />Effect Model (FEM), and Random Effect Model (REM) approaches, using secondary data from<br />34 provinces in Indonesia during the period 2018–2021. The results of the Chow and Hausman<br />test indicate that the most appropriate model is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The FEM<br />estimation results indicate that the variables of internet access and internet infrastructure have a<br />positive and significant effect on the HDI, while the variable of internet users does not show a<br />significant effect. This indicates that the availability of digital access and infrastructure plays a<br />crucial role in driving human development, while the number of users has not had a significant<br />impact without adequate digital literacy support.</p>Adya Utami SyukriMegawaty Megaway

<p>This study aims to evaluate the feasibility of culinary business locations. By <br />placing Generation Z lifestyle as the main variable. The method used is a descriptive <br />qualitative approach through direct observation of Generation Z. the results of the <br />study show that locations with easy access, comfortable environments, high visual <br />appeal, and supporting facilities such as WiFi and power outlets are very suitable for <br />Generation Z social and digital preferences. Visitors are seen actively documenting <br />their activities and sharing them through social media, indicating the importance of <br />easthetic value and digital existence in determining business locations. <p>The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of product quality and <br />price on purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction of Wardah cosmetics in Makassar <br />City. The sample in this study was part of all Wardah consumers in Makassar City who were <br />currently using Wardah products with a total of 100 respondents. The analysis method used in <br />this study used Smart PLS, Descriptive Analysis Testing and Hypothesis Testing. <p> This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work experience, work environment<br />and rewards on employee performance. This research is a quantitative study with a descriptive<br />approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Woongrame Beach Tourism Object<br />Management. While the sample in this study was the entire population, which was 57 samples. The data<br />collection technique used was by conducting a survey and distributing questionnaires to respondents.<br />The data analysis technique used was Statistical Data Analysis, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple<br />Linear Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Test "t" test and F test and<br />Determination Coefficient Test (R2), which were processed using the SPSS program. The results of the<br />study indicate that partially the work experience variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on<br />the employee performance variable. The work environment variable (X2) also has a positive and<br />significant effect on the employee performance variable. Likewise, the reward variable (X3) has a<br />positive and significant effect on employee performance. <p>The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of <br />road infrastructure budget management at the Public Works, Spatial Planning, Land and <br />Transportation Agency (PUTRPP) of Maros Regency. This study uses a quantitative <br />research type with a descriptive approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary <br />data in the form of financial reports and other important documents such as agency history <br />and organizational structure that support this research. Data collection techniques use <br />observation or observation and interviews. The analysis method uses the effectiveness and <br />efficiency ratio formula. The results of the study show that in the last 5 years the management <br />of the road infrastructure budget is in the very effective category with an average of 112.89% <br />and a budget growth rate of -0.56%. <p>This research aims to determine (1) the influence of knowledge sharing and<br />employee engagement, (2) the influence of knowledge sharing on employee performance,<br />(3) and the influence of employee engagement on employee performance at PDAM Kota<br />Palopo. The population in this study is all employees at PDAM Kota Palopo, with a sample<br />size of 30 according to Roscoe's statement. The data analysis techniques used are<br />descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, and multiple linear regression analysis.<br />The results of the study indicate that (1) knowledge sharing and employee engagement<br />simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of PDAM Kota Palopo<br />employees, meaning that the first hypothesis in this study is accepted. This is proven<br />through the F-test results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) Knowledge sharing<br />partially has a significant effect on the performance of PDAM Kota Palopo employees,<br />meaning that the second hypothesis in this study is accepted. This was proven through the<br />t-test results with a probability value of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) Employee engagement also<br />partially significantly influences the performance of PDAM Kota Palopo employees,<br />meaning that the third hypothesis in this study is accepted. <p>This study aims to analyze the influence of cafe atmosphere, facilities, and product variety <br />on purchasing decisions at Cafe Segelas Kopi in Palopo City. The background of this research stems <br />from the increasing competition in the culinary business, particularly cafes, which requires business <br />owners to pay more attention to aspects such as ambiance, facility comfort, and product diversity to <br />attract consumer interest. This research employed a quantitative approach with data collection <br />techniques including questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The sample consisted of 30 <br />respondents, determined using incidental sampling. Data analysis was carried out using multiple <br />linear regression with SPSS software. The results showed that the cafe atmosphere, facilities, and <br />product variety simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, <br />partially, the variables of café atmosphere and product variants had a positive influence on <br />purchasing decisions, while the variable of facilities did not. <p>Coffee shops are an integral part of the lifestyle of modern society, especially among young people. Along with the proliferation of warkops, consumers are increasingly selective in choosing a place to socialize and enjoy coffee. They pay attention not only to the atmosphere, but also to the quality of service and variety of products offered. Therefore, this study aims to find out (1) the impact of service quality on consumer buying interest, (2) the impact of product variations on consumer buying interest and (3) the impact of service quality and product variety on consumer buying interest in Warkop Kampoeng Pisang, Kota Palopo. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaire, and interview. These three techniques are used by researchers because seeing a phenomenon that occurs will be better if they use observation techniques, making questionnaires, and interviews. By using a multiple analysis test of research results conducted by 30 respondents on customers of Warkop Kampoeng Pisang, Kota Palopo. The results of the study show that simultaneously, the quality of service and product variety have a significant influence on consumer buying interest. However, partially, the results of the t-test showed that the quality of service did not have a significant influence on consumer buying interest, while product variety had a significant influence on consumer buying interest. <p>This study aims to describe teachers' work motivation, actions taken to foster a positive work culture, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in developing a positive work culture at Borong Public Elementary School, Manggala District, Makassar City. This research employs a descriptive approach, with the principal and teachers as research subjects. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and validated using source and technique triangulation. The results show that: (1) Teachers' work motivation is reflected in their enthusiasm for performing duties, responsibility in teaching and evaluating learning outcomes, interest in tasks, and efforts to develop competencies and value their profession; (2) Actions to build a positive work culture include enforcing discipline and responsibility, promoting collaboration, openness, and mutual respect among school members; (3) Supporting factors consist of internal aspects such as educational qualifications, teaching needs, and teacher welfare, as well as external aspects like work environment, school leadership, and institutional regulations. <p>This study aims to determine the influence of the marketing mix and consumer trust <br />on purchasing decisions. This study was conducted to determine (1) the influence of the marketing <br />mix and consumer trust on purchasing decisions, (2) the influence of the marketing mix on <br />purchasing decisions, and (3) the influence of consumer trust on purchasing decisions. The <br />population in this study consists of all consumers who made purchases at Nurbiana Shop, with a <br />sample size of 30 respondents. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, <br />interviews, and questionnaires. These three techniques were chosen by the researcher because they <br />are considered more effective for observing the phenomenon under study. The data analysis <br />technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. <p>Quick Response Code Indonesia (QRIS), is a form of integration of various types of QR originating from various PJSP (Payment System Service Providers) with the application of the QR Code developed by Bank Indonesia in collaboration with the Indonesian Payment System Association. The application of this payment method aims to integrate all non-cash transactions in Indonesia. QRIS can be used in all payment applications owned by PJSP both bank and non-bank types. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence Merchant interest in using QRIS as a digital payment tool based on factors in the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. UTAUT can help in understanding user behavior related to the acceptance and use of mobile applications or e-commerce platforms. This research uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The respondents in this study were QRIS merchants. To analyze the data, the authors used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the performance expectation variable (X1), the business expectation variable (X2), social influence (X3) and facilitating conditions (X4) have a positive effect on Merchant interest in using QRIS as a digital payment tool. <p>This research aims to determine and analyze the Influence of Coaching and Communication variables on Employee Engagement through Loyalty at PT. Bank X (Persero) Tbk., Regional Office X Sulawesi and Maluku. The analytical tool used in this research is data analysis using SEM-PLS. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bank X (Persero) Tbk., Regional Office X Sulawesi and Maluku with 2,140 employees. Using purposive sampling technique, so the sample used is all permanent employees of PT. Bank X (Persero) Tbk., Regional X Office with a certain level, namely 119 employees. Research results show that : (1) Coaching has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty at PT. Bank X (Persero) Tbk., Regional X Office, (2) Communication has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty at PT. Bank X (Persero) Tbk., Regional X Office, (3) Coaching has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement at PT. Bank X (Persero) Tbk., Region X Office, (4) Communication has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement at PT. Bank X (Persero) Tbk., Regional X Office (5) Loyalty has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement at PT. Bank X (Persero) Tbk., Regional X Office, (6) Coaching has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement through Loyalty to PT. Bank X (Persero) Tbk., Region X Office (7) Communication has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement through Loyalty to PT. <p><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;">Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh </span></span><br /><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;">profitabilitas terhadap indikator return on assets (ROA) dan solvabilitas terhadap indikator Debt Equity Ratio </span></span><br /><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;">(DER) terhadap nilai perusahaan pada indikator Price Book Value (PBV) pada PT. </span></span><br /><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;">Wijaya Karya Tbk periode tahun 2014 sampai dengan 2023. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder </span></span><br /><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;">yang diperoleh dari www.idx.co.id. Untuk pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji t, uji f, </span></span><br /><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;">uji koefisien korelasi (r) dan uji koefisien determinasi (r2). Berdasarkan hasil </span></span><br /><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;">penelitian menunjukkan bahwa return on assets (ROA) tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap </span></span><br /><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;">nilai perusahaan, sedangkan Debt Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap </span></span><br /><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;">nilai perusahaan pada PT. Wijaya Karya Tbk. Kemudian secara simultan ROA dan DER tidak </span></span><br /><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;">berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada PT. Wijaya Karya Tbk. <p>This study aims to analyze the influence of Beauty Vlogger Marketing, Brand Awareness, and Word of Mouth on the purchase decision of Pink Flash products among the people of East Delitua. Motivated by the low purchase decision, this associative quantitative study uses a descriptive approach with an unknown population. The sample size was determined to be 100 respondents through purposive sampling and the Cochran formula calculation. Primary data was collected using a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that, partially, each independent variable (Beauty Vlogger Marketing, Brand Awareness, and Word of Mouth) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, all three variables also have a positive and significant influence. The magnitude of this influence is 43.8%, while the remainder is influenced by factors outside the model. Thus, it can be concluded that marketing strategies through beauty vloggers, increased brand awareness, and word of mouth are very important in driving consumer purchasing decisions.</p>Amelia PutriArif Hadian
