Employee performance is a crucial factor in determining the effectiveness of public services, particularly in fire handling and rescue operations. Rewards as a form of appreciation and punishments as a form of sanction are expected to influence employees' work motivation and productivity. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 44 respondents selected incidentally. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS. The results show that both reward and punishment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both simultaneously and partially. This study was conducted by collecting secondary data in the form of financial reports of banking companies, inflation data, and data on Bank Indonesia interest rates. The results of the study indicate that: 1) inflation does not significantly affect stock prices in banking companies. This is evidenced by the results of partial tests obtained a t-value of up to 0.559 &lt; the t-table value of 1.968 and a significance of 0.577 &gt; 0.05, 2) interest rates significantly affect stock prices in banking companies. This is evidenced by the results of partial tests obtained a t-value of 0.-1.997 &lt; the t-table value of 1.968 and a significance of 0.047 &gt; 0.05, and 3) inflation and interest rates do not significantly affect stock prices in banking companies. Berca Buana Sakti (Case Study Construction Project of 150 kV. Kolaka - Pomala Switching – Customer) The implementation and supervision of SMK3 referring to the PT. Berca Buana Sakti applicable legal system needs to be carried out as well as possible to provide safety assurance for workers and provide maximum benefits for construction actors and the environment so that the risk of accidents and work safety can be overcome, avoided, or minimized. Overall, efforts to improve the implementation of SMK3 in this project are not only focused on procedural aspects, but also on strengthening the safety culture at all levels of the organization, from top management to field workers. All of these improvement actions aim to create a safer, healthier, and more efficient work environment, as well as to minimize the risk of work accidents and occupational diseases that can occur during the 150 kV SUTT Construction Project. To find out and describe the factors that cause the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) in the 150 kV SUTT Construction Project to be unfulfilled. To find out and describe the corrective actions/improvements in an effort to fulfill the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) in the 150 kV SUTT Construction Project. Theoretically, this research can deepen the understanding of the implementation of SMK3 in construction projects, especially those with high risks such as the construction of High Voltage Air Lines (SUTT) both ongoing and future. A checklist of SMK3 implementation has been implemented based on 166 audit criteria according to PP No. 50 of 2012, with a fulfillment rate of 98.80% (164 criteria fulfilled and 2 criteria not fulfilled). Several criteria in the implementation of SMK3 have not been fully fulfilled, which hinders the optimization of K3 implementation. The purpose of this <br />research is to analyze the influence of communication skills, emotional intelligence, and <br />work discipline on employee performance, the influence of communication skills and <br />emotional intelligence on work discipline, and the influence of communication skills and <br />emotional intelligence on employee performance through work discipline. This type of <br />research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data was collected through <br />a questionnaire distributed to 86 employees of PT Gasina Makassar, and then analyzed <br />using path analysis techniques with the help of Smart-PLS 4.0 statistical software. The <br />conclusion of this study is that emotional intelligence and work discipline are the dominant <br />factors influencing employee performance, while communication skills only have a <br />significant impact on performance when mediated by work discipline. The research employs <br />a quantitative approach with an associative and causal-comparative design, using secondary data <br />obtained from the Regional Budget Realization Reports (APBD), official government documents, and <br />publications from the BPS. The sampling technique used is the census (saturated sampling) method with <br />a total of 60 observational units, and data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The <br />results show that partially, Regional Retributions and Other Legitimate PAD have a positive and <br />significant effect on the PAD of Lembata Regency. Meanwhile, Regional Taxes and Separated Regional <br />Wealth Management Results (HPKDD) have a positive but insignificant effect. Simultaneously, the four <br />independent variables have a significant effect on PAD. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 45 respondents who are apparatus involved in the organization's financial management. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS 3 software. The results of the study show that human resource competence has a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of the organization. In addition, human resource competence also has a positive and significant effect on the Accounting Information System. Furthermore, the Accounting Information System has been proven to have a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of the organization. The results of the indirect influence test show that the Accounting Information System is able to mediate the influence of human resource competencies on the organization's financial performance. These findings indicate that improving the competence of the apparatus, especially in terms of knowledge, skills, and work attitudes, is very important in supporting the implementation of an effective Accounting Information System to improve the financial performance of the organization. Using an interpretative phenomenological approach, I conducted in-depth interviews with 19 informants (7 CSN entrepreneurs, 5 family members, 4 business actors/consumers, and 3 institutional representatives) between March and July 2024. The IPA analysis identified four key themes: (1) the economic domain as an arena for negotiating social identity shifting the label from “pitiable disabled individuals” to “competent economic actors”; (2) sophisticated economic adaptation strategies that foster technical innovation and mobilize social capital; (3) repeated economic interactions that gradually transform public social perceptions, though often generating ambivalent attitudes; and (4) the reinterpretation of the cultural values of siri’ and pacce’ within economic activities, which play an ambivalent role in promoting social inclusion. The findings reveal that economic access not only enhances the financial independence of CSN but, more fundamentally, functions as a mechanism for social acceptance and recognition of their existence in public spaces. Nevertheless, the observed inclusion remains tokenistic—CSN are accepted within the economic space while their social positioning remains marginal. Intersectional analysis further uncovers compounded socio-economic barriers for female CSN (a double disadvantage), while younger generations benefit from the gradual shift in social norms. However, empirical studies that specifically examine how HRM strategies are practically implemented in response to government efficiency policies remain limited, especially within the context of the hospitality industry in Bali. This study aims to analyze the human resource management strategies implemented by Swiss-Belhotel Rainforest Kuta – Bali in responding to government efficiency policies and to examine adaptive HRM practices in sustaining organizational performance under external pressures. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with management and employees, direct observation of hotel operational activities, and analysis of supporting documents. Data analysis was conducted using NVivo 14 to identify themes, patterns, and adaptive HRM strategies. The findings reveal that government efficiency policies resulted in a decline in demand from government market segments, particularly MICE activities. In response, management implemented HRM strategies based on Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Resource-Based View (RBV), including multiskilling training, flexible work scheduling, cross-departmental collaboration, and workload optimization. Using a quantitative approach, the study employed Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to analyze four latent variables: librarian competence, interpersonal communication, student experience, and service quality. Data were collected through a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire administered to final-year students of Universitas Ciputra and analyzed using SmartPLS, with validity and reliability tests conducted to ensure the robustness of the measurement model. The results revealed that both librarian competence and interpersonal communication had significant direct effects on the quality of information literacy services, while the mediating role of student experience was not statistically supported, indicating that service quality is shaped more strongly by direct interactions than by mediated experiences. These findings underscore the importance of strengthening librarians’ professional competence and communication skills as key drivers of service quality, suggesting that higher education institutions should prioritize continuous training and professional development to optimize literacy services for final-year students. The research adopts a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. Primary data were collected through a survey of 100 food-sector MSME owners selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using Pearson correlation analysis to identify the strength of the relationships between the dimensions of financial inclusion and MSME sustainability. The results indicate that digital finance has a positive, strong, and significant relationship with MSME sustainability (r = 0.793; p &lt; 0.01). In contrast, financial services, the use of financial products, as well as the quality and affordability of financial services show weak and insignificant relationships with MSME sustainability. A quantitative approach with an ex-post facto design of associative causal nature was employed. The study involved 49 students selected using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The research instrument was a closed-ended questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 24. The findings indicate that both parental income and lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on student consumption, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.832 shows that 83.2% of the variation in student consumption can be explained by these two variables. These findings suggest that increased parental income and a tendency toward a consumptive lifestyle contribute to higher levels of student consumption.</p> Nur Yuliany Copyright (c) 2026 Movere Journal 2026-01-30 2026-01-30 8 1 156 169 10.53654/mv.v8i1.744 Efek Penyangga Modal Terhadap Transmisi Kebijakan Moneter Pada Kredit Perbankan Indonesia https://ojs.stie-tdn.ac.id/index.php/MV/article/view/747 <p>This study aims to analyse the determinants and dynamics of Indonesian bank credit growth after the pandemic, focusing on monetary-policy transmission and the moderating role of capital buffer. Using an explanatory quantitative approach, quarterly panel data of 47 commercial banks (Q12020 – Q22025) were estimated with two-step System Generalized Method of Moments (System-GMM). Results show that credit growth exhibits negative dynamic persistence, capital buffer has a significant positive effect, while profitability and macroeconomic variables are insignificant. The central finding is a significantly negative interaction between capital buffer and the BI Rate, validating a capital-hoarding mechanism: well-capitalised banks restrain credit expansion when the policy rate rises. The results are robust to alternative specifications and instrument-validity tests. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a public policy case study approach, using in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis of digital governance programs such as Makassar Sombere &amp; Smart City and the Command Center. The findings indicate that digital investment decisions have a positive impact on enhancing transparency and efficiency in public services, although challenges remain due to a predominantly top-down decision-making process and limited inter-agency system integration. Performance-based funding has improved budget accountability, yet performance indicators remain focused on administrative outputs rather than service outcomes. The synergy between digital investment and performance-based funding strengthens the effectiveness of smart governance through data-driven supervision and participatory management. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation from several active cooperatives in the region. The results indicate that spiritual leadership emphasizing honesty, integrity, empathy, and responsibility positively influences the development of organizational commitment. Leaders with spiritual orientation are able to instill a sense of meaning, loyalty, and active participation among members, thereby enhancing cooperative performance in both financial and social aspects. Organizational commitment, particularly affective and normative commitment, was found to strengthen members’ sense of belonging and engagement within the cooperative. Furthermore, local cultural values such as siri’ na pacce (self-respect and compassion) reinforce the implementation of spiritual leadership in the Makassar context. This research adopted a quantitative explanatory approach using a survey method involving 245 students selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to examine the relationship between entrepreneurial literacy and three dimensions of SEO: social innovation, proactiveness, and risk-taking. The results indicate that entrepreneurial literacy has a positive and significant effect on all dimensions of social entrepreneurship orientation. The social innovation dimension recorded the strongest influence, while risk-taking had the lowest. This suggests that while literacy equips students with innovative capabilities, psychological barriers to social risk still require more profound curricular intervention<strong>. </strong>These findings provide strategic implications for higher education administrators, particularly within teacher education based universities (LPTK), to redesign entrepreneurship curricula that are not only profit-oriented but also emphasize social risk mitigation and hybrid value creation. As a population, all employees at CV. Karya Kita Mandiri. In order for this research to be precise and proportional, in this study saturated sampling was used where population members were sampled. Thus the number of samples in this study were 52 people. The results of this study indicate that (1) Job Satisfaction Variable (X1) has a partial effect on employee performance at CV. Karya Kita Mandiri with tcount&gt; ttable (4.889&gt; 2.008) and significant &lt;0.05 (0.000 &lt;0.05). (2) Compensation variable (X2) has no partial effect on employee performance at CV. Karya Kita Mandiri with the results of tcount &lt; ttable (0.223 &lt; 2.008) and significant &gt; 0.05 (0.824 &gt; 0.05). (3) Job Satisfaction and Compensation simultaneously affect employee performance at CV. Karya Kita Mandiri with Fcount&gt; Ftable (31.162&gt; 3.18) and significant &lt;0.05 (0.000 &lt;0.05). (4) The value of R2 = 0.564 means that the influence of the variables Job Satisfaction (X1) and Compensation (X2) on employee performance (Y) is 56%. Nevertheless, high perceived usefulness may also increase the risk of unethical academic use when students lack adequate awareness of academic integrity. Grounded in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and an intention-based perspective, this study examines the effect of <strong>perceived usefulness of generative AI</strong> on <strong>students’ ethical AI use intention</strong>, with <strong>academic integrity awareness</strong> positioned as a mediating mechanism. A quantitative explanatory design was employed using an online survey targeting higher-education students who have used GenAI for academic purposes. Respondents were selected via purposive sampling. Data were collected through a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using SEM-PLS (SmartPLS), applying bootstrapping to test direct effects and mediation simultaneously. The results indicate that perceived usefulness positively and significantly predicts academic integrity awareness and ethical AI use intention. Academic integrity awareness also has a positive and significant effect on ethical AI use intention. Indirect-effect testing confirms a significant mediating role of academic integrity awareness in the relationship between perceived usefulness and ethical AI use intention, suggesting partial mediation. These findings imply that ethical GenAI use is not driven by perceived usefulness alone; it also depends on students’ internalized academic integrity awareness. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kinerja dan budaya data memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas perencanaan strategis serta kinerja organisasi. Kualitas perencanaan strategis juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja organisasi dan bertindak sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara kinerja kepemimpinan dan budaya data dengan kinerja organisasi.</span></span></p> <p><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;">Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja organisasi publik memerlukan integrasi antara kepemimpinan yang berorientasi pada kinerja, budaya kerja berbasis data, dan perencanaan strategis yang berkualitas.
