Cigarettes. The methods used are lectures, and posters. The activity was carried out on October 7-10, 2024, to 260 students of class IX of SMP N 29 Semarang. The results of this PKM before the socialization, students' knowledge about cigarettes is dangerous has a value of more than 5 as much as 80.7%. 50% of students know the definition of addictive substances and 50% of students know the definition of addictive substances, but the types of addictive substances contained in cigarettes, most students do not know. The negative impact of cigarettes on health for both active and passive smokers, students already understand. After the socialization, students of SMP N 29 Semarang already understand and know the content of cigarettes and addictive substances in cigarettes. 100% of students already know the content and addictive substances in cigarettes, and 92.3% of students are uncomfortable when someone smokes around them. However, most SMEs in this area still face obstacles in managing business finances, such as no cash flow recording, mixing personal and business finances, and low understanding of basic financial management. This community service activity aims to improve literacy and skills of SMEs in managing finances through simple financial management training. The methods used include initial observation, module preparation, face-to-face training, direct practice, evaluation, and mentoring. The activity was carried out for two days in the Bira Village Hall, Makassar, involving 25 SMEs as participants. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of financial recording and business financial planning. The majority of participants also started implementing routine cash flow recording after the training. This activity proves that simple financial management training can be a strategic step to encourage the sustainability and professionalism of SMEs in tourist areas. The main problem faced by the school is the suboptimal understanding and skills of teachers in handling deviant student behavior, so a structured educational approach is needed. The activity methods include identifying needs, implementing interactive workshops and training, mentoring implementation in the classroom, and preparing a guide to student behavior management strategies. The results of the activity showed an 85% increase in teacher understanding of the concept of preventive, corrective, and promotive strategies based on values and empathetic communication. In addition, there were positive changes in teacher-student interactions and the creation of a more conducive classroom environment. Vocational Schools are designed to produce work-ready graduates, the increasingly complex dynamics of the global job market demand competencies that are more than just technical skills. This outreach activity is carried out through interactive presentations, question and answer sessions, and student mentoring, which includes information about career prospects with higher education, various relevant academic study paths, as well as tips for preparing for selection and scholarships. This community service method is designed with an educational-participatory approach, which means we not only provide information, but also actively involve students in the socialization process. The results of the activities showed an increase in students' understanding of the long-term benefits of higher education, a positive shift in perceptions regarding options after graduating from vocational school, as well as a growing motivation to explore further information about further studies. It was concluded that comprehensive and sustainable socialization is very necessary to broaden the horizons of students, so that they can make more informed and strategic career decisions for a better future. This study aims to examine strategies that can be implemented by MSME actors in obtaining financing sources that are appropriate to their needs and business capacity. The capital alternatives analyzed include formal financing such as bank loans and non-bank financial institutions, as well as informal financing through cooperatives, venture capital, and digital-based financial technology. The results of the study indicate that effective strategies in obtaining capital include increasing financial literacy, preparing measurable business plans, strengthening business management, and utilizing financial technology to expand access to funding.
